Ramswaroop, a 58-year-old Saari shop owner from Arjunpura, Mathura, was faced with a life altering stroke that left him partially paralyzed. His family of six, concerned about his health and the increasing medical expenses, found a ray of hope through Uplift Live Foundation door-to-door survey and awareness campaign on the Ayushman Card scheme. Thanks to this initiative, they were able to transfer Ram Swaroop to Mathura Neuro Super Speciality Hospital, where he received specialized care and timely treatment for CVA with left basal ganglia acute infarct.
