Approach

Demand based need assessment: Uplift Live Foundation will commence its efforts by conducting a thorough demand-based needs assessment within the market. This assessment aims to identify specific livelihood challenges and opportunities that require attention.
Project design: From the assessment, the foundation will design training that comprises two aspects: first, market-relevant technical and soft skills; and second, training in entrepreneurship, where participants are given basic knowledge for starting and continuing to run enterprises.
Stakeholders/Recourse organisation: Uplift Live Foundation is committed to engaging with various stakeholders and recourse organizations to ensure the successful completion of our initiative. We will actively collaborate with government agencies, local enterprises, learning institutions, and other NGOs in order to create channels for resource sharing, mentorship, and job placement.
